NYC based, regional touring Indie/Soul musician, Randy Niles is a one-man band who creates seamless, radio-ready compositions from the ground up. Infusing hints of Folk, Pop & Rock into his energetic and soulful performances, he delivers songs that incorporate dynamic layers of instrumentation through the use of colorful effects and live looping technology. He fascinates his audiences, juggling an array of tasks from stacking melodic guitar phrases, to laying down grooving bass lines, to beatboxing and even creating percussion beats with the body of his guitar.

Never compromising great songwriting for quirky technical gimmicks, Randy builds tunes which deliver a comfortable balance of thought provoking songwriting matched with soaringly crooning vocals. As an original singer, songwriter and guitarist burning the genre divide, Niles has been likened to such artists as John Mayer, Marvin Gaye, John Legend, Ben Harper and James Vincent McMorrow.

Spending most of his earlier years as a multi-instrumentalist for several regional bands, Randy soon learned that his vision for musical integrity would take shape as a unique one-man band. "I've always played all the instruments; I just needed a way to shrink all of that down into something more portable and viable.", says Randy, who with two recordings under his belt and a new live EP as well as acoustic EP being released in early 2015, has been touring relentlessly along the East Coast, with appearances in the West and Midwest.
